Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my GMAT Focus experience and hopefully get some advice on how to prep for my retake.
Study Materials:
1. TTP
2. OG
3. Forum Quiz
Mocks (All GMAT Official):
1. Q80 V86 DI78 --> 635
2. Q78 V85 DI78 --> 615
3. Q80 V82 DI79 --> 615
Actual: Q81 V82 DI78 --> 615
I'm pretty frustrated with my verbal and DI scores. I have spent almost no time prepping for DI, which was clearly a bad idea; I kept thinking I would just figure it out. I rushed through the TTP DI modules and barely did any of the tests. I did fairly well on DS questions but poorly on graphs, tables, and 2-part analysis (got 1 MSR series and got all 3 correct, but still not confident in those). Any advice on how to prep for this? Should I redo TTP modules and do all of the tests? I watched 2 GMAT Ninja videos, but still barely practiced.
I got complacent with verbal. Almost exclusively studied quant for 6 weeks thinking my verbal score wouldn't suffer, I was wrong.
My goal is 685 - I'm thinking my path to get there is improving my verbal and DI scores and if I can improve quant, then great. I missed 3 quant questions on the actual exam, one of them being the first question, which obviously killed me (screenshot attached). I've found it difficult to figure out how/where to spend my time after finishing the structure of TTP.
Any tips on improving over the next ~7 weeks would be greatly appreciated.

I found TTP to be great for quant fundamentals, but the actual GMAT questions feel very different for the most part. Wordier, combine multiple concepts, etc. Drilling OG problems helped understand wording and Forum Quiz/GMAT Club Quant tests helped with exposure to even more complex problems. Q81 feels low, but it's equivalent to a Q48 on the old GMAT, so I suppose that is a decent score.
TTP was great for verbal, I just stopped practicing.
DI I have no idea, I have some work to do there.
