Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well.
I took the GMAT on January 25th and scored a 575, after 3 months of studying. Honestly, I thought I’d do better—somewhere around 615, which I would’ve been okay with. Here’s my breakdown:
- Quant: 79
- Verbal: 80
- DI: 76
In my mock tests, I was scoring between 610 and 655 consistently. I started from scratch and didn’t even attempt a mock test in the first few weeks because I knew I would score in the low 400s.
For the past three months, I’ve focused about 80% of my study time on quant, mainly using GMAT Club and TTP questions. I can tell that I’ve improved a lot from where I began, but I’m still falling short of my target score of 625.
I rushed through the quant section during the test, and now I’m wondering if it’s worth continuing with the GMAT or switching to the GRE since the quant section there is said to be easier.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
Best regards
