Wow. Was this also at the test center?

It is usually tough to take action if you finish the exam but I still recommend complaining as that will improve experience to everyone else. GMAC may be unaware of these things :(

I recently faced similar issues during my GMAT exam that disrupted my flow and affected my performance. During my DI section the screen just went blank a few times and was so for almost 15-20 mins combined. I thought I would be fine since I didn't exactly lose time but my flow was recked and my di score dipped a lot.
Did you take any action?

Hi. Yes, you have to contact them but there is no longer a Test-Day form/system :(

It seems GMAC now routes all test day complaints through regional customer care teams. Include “Test Center Incident” in the subject line. Give these a try and see if they bounce.

I had my GMAT exam today and a technical issue completely ruined it. During the 10-minute break between Verbal and Quant, my screen froze halfway through. The proctor wasn’t even in the room, so by the time she came back and fixed it, the Quant section had already started 5 minutes earlier without me. I lost break time, lost section time, and started Quant already behind and stressed. My score ended up being the lowest I’ve ever gotten.

The proctor didn’t file anything and just said “it’s fine,” which obviously wasn’t true.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Who exactly should I contact at GMAC? Do I report this through their support form, email someone, or speak to the test center first? Is there any chance they offer a free retake for something like this?

Any guidance on the proper steps would really help I am completely broken and lost.

Yes, this was at the test center. I raised the issue with GMAC, and they advised me to contact Pearson VUE since they administer the exams. I’ve contacted Pearson VUE, but I’m still waiting for their response.
