Congratulations on the test !
One question, did you reset the official test and retake it ? or just took the 6 tests ? How did you schedule the mock tests ?
All the best for your applications !

Congratulations on the 695!

What stands out in your debrief is how the pieces worked together. The topic-by-topic rebuild in Quant, the structure you brought to Verbal through correct-answer patterns and common traps, the official tests for exam feel, and the consistency to keep carving out time alongside a job all fed each other. The structure gave your hours somewhere to land, and the hours are what let the structure actually take hold.

Your point about test day is worth repeating too. Feeling like it is going badly is normal on an adaptive test, and it tells you very little about how you are actually scoring.

One clarification on the DI advice, since readers may take it literally. On the Focus Edition you have to submit an answer before you can advance, so skipping really means making an educated guess and moving on rather than leaving anything blank. You can bookmark questions and change up to three answers per section if time allows, but what matters most is that nothing is left unanswered when the clock runs out.

Congratulations again, and thanks for taking the time to write this up for everyone else.
