If you click on one of the choices for the last question and do not confirm answer, does GMAT count it as unanswered or answered?


In the old system, pre-VUE administered GMAT, it considered answered, so the strategy for the last question was to select an answer (any) for the last question and then try to answer/solve it, so that if the time did run out, you would have answered the question, even if wrong, as per GMAC, it is a better situation.

I guess we can test this theory with the new GmatPrep

In real test, it counts the answer that you select even if you do not "confirm":
