batchgmat,
I did get into Duke.

sujith,
The e-mail I received does not say anything about a feedback session. You can and are encouraged to send updates in anything that may improve your candidacy.

I would see if they do provide feedback sessions. Cornell's WL later didn't explicitly state it, but I called and was able to schedule one, with the head of admissions no less.

Are there are reasons why you will pick Yale over Duke? If not, just rejoice and get some cigar rollers :)

thanks sujith.

gmatmba, I liked Yale A LOT and had I been admitted to both Duke and Yale I would have had a difficult decision ahead of me. but I suppose you are right :)

Sorry to hear about that...
I'm about to submit Yale application, but after hearing from you, should I compare our stats and...withdraw...(I've Notre Dame and Olin back up, with even a very good amount of scholarship)
Would you mind sharing your stats...

Econgirl -

Super sorry to hear about your WL. At least you've got Duke in your pocket. Thought your WL makes me pretty nervous. I am wrapping up my app right now. Yikes.

One way to show your commitment to the school might be to visit again, or to get in touch with students. I haven't thought much about this part yet - that will wait until Wednesday when Stanford and Yale are off my desk.

Good luck, and keep us posted on what you do.
