I am confident in saying that receiving a GMAT waiver has no bearing on your odds of receiving an interview.

In fact, you could look at it as a way for the school to increase its application numbers to see a larger pool and improve their admit rate for rankings. The pandemic has provided an opportunity schools like Ross to compete with other schools that are have been waiving GMAT entirely going back to R3 of last year.
