It's pretty clear that that's fake.

edit: https://www.mba.wfu.edu/default.aspx?id=1134 <--here's the eligibility requirements for the Corporate Fellowship. Doesn't seem to totally jive with the email. And that email just sounds horrible-"I can't believe in the age of Obama we can't pay black people to go to school." What school would ever allow that to go out?

The MA in Management is for recent liberal arts grads who want to learn business before starting their careers. It seems this fellowship allows you to get your MA, work for two years, then come back and get your MBA, somewhat similar to the Harvard 2+2 program.
