Hi, So I created a gmat id to check available slots 2 weeks ago. And wanted to change my name.
But the site said it may take 2 days so I created a new account with a new gmail and made a completely new profile
Went through the entire registration process and after saving my profile it redirected me to the previous gmat ID with same details as before
I have tried doing the same process with multiple different gmail Ids but every time it takes me to same GMAT ID with same name.
Please Help I want to immediately book the slots

Oh. This is new! You used to be able to create multiple ID’s and usually it was OK unless you have taken the test already.
This is an interesting development. Or this may be cookies…. Try creating a profile on a diff browser altogether.
PS. If it fails, It sounds like you may have to change your name to match your ID exactly. We have had a number of stories with people getting their test denied due to name issues and unfortunately it will take some time to change it …. I don’t think it is 2 days 😬 usually it is longer.

Reaching out to customer support or going through the standard name change process may be the way to go. The MBA website mentions: "Due to security reasons you may not make changes to your name in your mba.com profile. You must contact GMAT™ Customer Service directly."
