Given: We have 2 liters of 20% solution available.
Asked: How much 70% solution do we need to add to it to get a 30% solution?
Let us assume that x litres of 70% solution will be needed.
70%*x + 20%*2 = (x+2)*30%
40%x = 20%
x = .5
