Determine how many buildings Indigo Cleaning serviced over the past 3 years. If Indigo Cleaning cleaned more than 50 buildings in the past 3 years with only two customer complaints, I would not hesitate to hire them. Otherwise, we should hire Ambrosia Cleaning, even though their bid is higher.
