Hello,
I came across the following question stem classified as a weaken question, but since 'critique' literally means "to evaluate (a theory or practice) in a detailed and analytical way ", shouldn't this question be classified as an evaluate question?
Question - Which of the following is the best critique of the evidence presented above?

Yes, that is a definition for critique. There are additional definitions as well, including "a criticism or critical comment on some problem, subject, etc". Really, the word "critique" in this context has a negative connotation. You could substitute the word criticism and it then becomes clear that this is a weakening question.
Evaluate questions are really asking about what additional information would you want to have in order to determine the validity (or to evaluate) the conclusion. Here are some examples of evaluate questions:
Which of the following must be studied in order to evaluate the argument presented above?
In assessing the plan's chances of achieving its aim, it would be most useful to know which of the following?
The answer to which of the following questions would be most important in determining whether implementing the proposal would be likely to achieve the desired result?
In evaluating the argument, it would be most useful to compare...
