since the arc RSP is twice the length of PQR
The included angle of RSP will be twice of PQR
so RSP=2*x
Total angle of a circle=360 degrees
which means 2*x + x =360
which means x=120 degrees
can you please provide the OA

I think that it is the inverse, that is:

X=60, so the answer is A

Its 120 ( 240 :120 )

As circumference, is divided in the ratio 2:1 the angles are also in the same ratio

the circumference is divided into 2:1 thus is the central angle
So x =360/3 = 120 (which gives 120:240)
