What HUB locations are available for interviews in the southeast. Did Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA make the cut?

Posted from my mobile device

I think the only HUB cities in the USA were Philly (on campus), San Fran, or Dallas.

My interview invite email is timestamped 11:08am PST.

You are certainly not the only one. There are probably thousands of us.

There's no correlation.

Congrats to everyone who got an invite so far! Does any of you have a last name that starts at the end of the alphabet? The last name of my friend who heard the last minute last year started with a Z.. I wonder if it's alphabetical??

No doubt that people getting invited later have an equal chance of getting in... The bummer really is that a high percentage of invites might have gone out today, so the odds of getting one are just lower as each day progresses.. :(

Maybe I am blindly optimistic, but would they really slot 2 weeks to release invites if they were going to send the majority of them on the first day?

I suppose that would be a little logical. I definitely don't think we've seen half the invites yet. We have had, what, less than 10 invites (who have announced their invite) from all who applied on GMATClub? Doesn't seem to be high enough given the caliber of candidates found typically here. We will only know for sure in two weeks.

I would think not, but look at HBS as a parallel; Dee herself said "Most will go out on 10/26, some on 11/02 and 11/09". So they DO send out majority on Day 1, but still spread the rest over 2 weeks... why is that so? That's the million dollar question right now I guess...

My guess would be is that they only had time to go through X% of the apps by today and those got sent out. Now for the next two weeks they will send them out as they go through the rest of the apps.

I'm currently batting 0/2 for opening days. I wish that they would let me know if I was considered and rejected or just not considered yet.

FYI. Dee said Many will go out on October 26, some will go out on November 2 and 9. On November 9. Many and most are quite different....

Based on the previous posts, I think Dee is the adcom person at HBS (my guess).
