Hello Wharton aspirants.
Considering all the debate that has occured regarding the new Wharton interview format, I'd like to get your opinion on whether you consider the new interview format to be an effective tool to assess candidates.

Seems like just verbal essays to me. All the questions are what schools would ask in the essay section. I think the questions are good. I think the questions will give different feedback than the written essays. Additionally, it will be easier to tell if someone is bulls**tting.
I think if you know yourself well then you should not have a hard time, without or without preparation.

I think it is a fair way... if the questions are not known beforehand.
I don't think the interviewed candidates during the first 2 weeks of November performed as good as the ones interviewing this week.
