Saw this news in while traveling in Australia last week. Scary stuff.

On a similiar note, Japan just swore in a new Prime Minister (Abe) last week. He's an ultra right winger intending to revise the constitution so that Japan can possess a fully armed military (rather than just a self-defense force). If successful, this is definately going to have a ripple effect through Asia, especially neighboring China and Korea.

Hope things settle down over there CHEN.

MATT
The situation gets better now. It's not that serious as it was supposed to.
But some people still believe there will be a very big boycott in the future
me too(just scared).

As an investor, I am still not sure about foreigners perspective on
Thailand stock market. Some information show that foreign currency
substantially flow out now while I observed that there is only little
capital-divestment from some unsecure stocks.
There are two diverge opinions on how stock market will perform
from now. Some people(including me) believe that decreasing in oil price
will have a positive benefit on stock market. On the other hand,
others believe that military coup seizing the power from government
will be an important catalyst of economic recession which starts
spreading out throughout the country .
I'm little worried about this because my MBA fund is invested in
stock market. :?

Anyway I took some nice photos of tanks before i came back to NY
I will post it soon. :peek
