Hi,
There is one key thing that I don't know that would be really helpful. Does anyone know if Malaysia is considered an under-represented minority? It would also be useful to know if you have had any leadership experiences. Your active participation in charity work is a plus.
The difficulty of the schools that you are targeting probably goes, from most difficult to least, Berkeley, Michigan, Texas & UW. You didn't give any details regarding your university, but if it is quality institution, then your GPA will be within the middle 80% range, and could be a small plus factor at Texas and UW. Your GMAT is within the 80% range, but below average at Berkeley and Michigan.
Overall your academic qualifications look in-line but nothing special, so you will need to distinguish yourself in other parts of the application. You'll need to convince schools why you need an MBA at this point, andyou will need to show how you can contribute. You background as an engineer will hurt you because it is currently the most over-represented applicant group; however if Malasian is considered an under-represented minority your chances will be greatly improved.
If you can demonstrate leadership, tell why you need an MBA and show how you will contribute then you probably have a good chance at UW and a decent chance at Texas. Berkeley and Michigan are tough for anyone to crack, and you didn't really give enough details about what separates you from other candidates to make a guess.
Welcome to the board.
