Hi All,
I am an Indian female, with an undergraduate in Economic and Engineering in 2014, and a prior MBA from an Indian B-school in 2017. I have been working for the last 4.5 years in the CPG industry (Unilever and GSK) and have recently moved to consulting in CPG industry (Accenture strategy consulting) 3 months ago. I have extensive leadership experience of managing 200+ size teams and businesses of over $5 million annually and am currently handling a $7 million account for GTM consulting. I have also been an executive member for a social impact organization in India, mainly working towards the upskilling of women and female hygiene, since 2017.
I am planning to apply in round 2 and have scored a 730 on my GMAT. I have another re-test booked towards the end of Nov in the hope of increasing my score.
I am planning to apply to HBS, Wharton, Kellogg, Michigan Ross, Columbia, Duke Fuqua and LBS.
What are my chances for these schools?

Stretch: HBS, Wharton, Columbia
Possible: Kellogg, Duke Fuqua, LBS
Likely: Michigan Ross
Of course, "fit" is always a x-factor, so it's possible this list is slightly adjusted based on what you choose to write about in your application and what relationships (if any) you have formed with these schools.

Hi aggarwalmegha91,
Hope this finds you well.
Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg, Columbia will be Stretch schools but that should not deter you from applying.
Chances at Duke and Ross will definitely be a shade better.
Needless to say, a lot depends on the quality of essays you put forth - particularly how you go about discussing the short-term and long-term goals as well as the need for a second MBA at this point in your career.
Good to know about the re-take. An improved score will definitely add a spike factor to your overall application.
