This goal seems rather vague to me- can you elaborate?

A business developement manager in the IT services industry would be responsible for growth of IT services for the business unit of the firm he works in. Example of a business unit would be "Insurance". This unit would focus on IT services to Insurance companies all over the world. The business unit could also be geographical. Like West of North america, Japan, rest of APAC etc.
His role would be encompass decisions like say which clients to focus on, or within a geography which industries to focus on? what the strategy for the unit be? What should be the spending in sales, operations etc.

The GMAT is only a part of the application procedure. You would be better suited to spend a couple of months thinking about your essays and career goals rather than reappearing for your GMAT.

Your current score is well within the average for your target schools although you need to demonstrate a significant "wow" factor in your profile. Some introspection should help your case.

Best of luck with your admissions
