Hi, I am an Engineering undergrad student from India.
I have a GPA of 7.4(expected) in college. Along with my engineering degree I'm pursuing a Minor a Finance.
I have done two internships, one in a tech company and the other in an investment bank (both in India).
My GMAT score is 730. Currently I'm in my third year of college and apart from being a member of the finance club and organizing a few events for it, I don't have any other extra-curriculars. I know quite a bit of French and can speak well.
A couple of questions,
Does it matter that my undergrad GPA isn't as good as my previous performances?
Does it matter that i don't have any work experience other than internships?
What are my overall chances of getting into HEC/LBS/ESSEC?

Hi, you have an excellent profile. Your undergrad GPA can be countered by other strong aspects of your overall profile. Just make sure to give a lot of thought before writing your essays - they should be concise and cover important aspects of your overall profile and achievements.

Overall your profile looks good.
A good school, a strong GMAT, decent internships and a diverse education( engineering+ finance)
On the flip side, the low CGPA and somewhat weak extra curriculars hamper the candidature a bit, but this is something which can be compensated for in your essays.
Coming to your questions:
1) Your 10th and 12th marks dont really play a big role for your masters, so they won't compare but yes the low CGPA can be a weakening factor, you can use your essays to mention why they are low and in parallel highlight what you did in their steed
2) For the MiM, your two internships are enough, so don't worry
3) Yes the scholarship and quiz can help, it will totally depend on the way you frame them and how they fit in with the brand you present
Overall you have a very strong chance in all 3 french schools, just work hard on your essays and other application constituents and aim to submit by round 1 of the 2018 session, and you should be golden.
