Hi GMAT Club!

Can you recommend free sources to read to provide stand-out answers for the personal questions of MBA schools?

Any suggestions on youtube channels, blogs or books will be appreciated.

P.S: There are many blogs and sources for the application period; from my GMAT experience, I know that some of them are only bla bla and some of them provide real content, such as Veritas GMAT Prep Blog articles of Karisma :) I am looking for the real content for the admission process.

Are you specifically referring to Why MBA? type of questions?
it is a little vague and quite different for each applicant. Most people/experts recommend that you approach your application in phases where you paint a broad picture (you are a super cool guy for example who is a JD at night and a neuro surgeon by day) and then zoom into the specific questions/situations. Otherwise, you may have some great lines or answers that really do not go with the rest of your application/story.

However, if you are looking for some inspiration, I would suggest to look at the essay collections/book - there is the HBS book or there is one from Admissionado (Best MBA Essays) - some of these are free and others cost a few bucks.
