I have read the other post where B2C, B2B ... are described but I am focussing on small details that confound me. I really appreciate all and any suggestions given and please excuse if my questions are trivial or confusing
I was wondering what kind of roles can once expect Post MBA in companies like Facebook.
1)I am especially interested in the type of work? If marketing then what does an MBA guy actually do there analyze data and project trends for what? where to launch the next marketing ad campaign?
In the higher end.
2)Is it fair to classify companies Microsoft, Oracle, Informatica, IBM etc as product companies and
Google, Facebook, Myspace, Yahoo as Internet companies.
3)Is it logical to join a NE Bschool such as Cornell when one is targeting such companies?
4)What is the compensation range?, I believe its certainly not appaling, yes we can't compare it to IB.
5)What will the work hours be?
