I have 4+ years of work ex in top MNC in India. I have strong academics record, my undergrads gpa: 9.3/10. Apart from work, dance is my passion. I am a trained dancer and I teach dance on weekends. What should be my GMAT score to make it to HBS? Overall, do I stand a chance to make it to Harvard?

I’d love to help you out but without more info it’s gonna be hard. Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?
Have a look at some of the more detailed profiles here, and try and emulate them.
All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.

I work with a top MNC as a Software Engineer. During my tenure here, I have worked in various projects. So far my roles were: software developer, Team Lead(handled a team of 12), functional consultant, techno-functional for Microsoft Dynamics AX(ERP) and PMO. In addition, I have worked with International clients of Poland and Sweden. I have been awarded every year for my achievements and key contribution to the projects. I have leadership quality and I am flexible at work. I have stepped out of my comfort zone many times whenever it was needed. Being a technical consultant, I have worked as a functional consultant and as a PMO. Hence, within the organization I have seen how the business runs from every aspect. I want to do Mba in Marketing from HBS then come back to my country and join a marketing business firm. I want to combine my work ex and my Mba education to establish my own startup of Consultancy. That's my long term goal. Also, as a woman I understand the difficulties faced by girls in my country. I would like to open a few institutes to take care of Girl's education and dance classes(for the one's who are talented and cannot afford education and dance classes), and consultancy for them.
I am among those people who have multiple interests. Apart from work, dance is my passion. I am a trained dancer. I have done training in Hip hop, Belly dance and Bollywood. My first dance show was broadcasted at national television when I was in 1st grade. It's like I am dancing since forever. I also have my own YouTube channel.
In addition, I love people. I am a part of CSR of my organization. We have several projects such as orphanages, old age homes, differently abled homes, etc. I like to involve myself in teaching children from orphanage, teaching computers to senior citizens and differently abled people. It has been three years since I joined CSR. Thus, I spend my weekends for people and dance.
Other than that, I have hobbies such as cooking, swimming, adventure sports, exploring new places and writing.
I am a person who keeps doing something or the other. Sitting idle is not my thing.
I have done my engineering in Computer Science from SRM University and my gpa is 9.3/10. I have strong academic record since childhood.
Kindly let me know if any other detail is needed.
Please let me know what are my chances to make it to Harvard. Also, what should be my ideal GMAT score.
