Pleasant Spring Wednesday here in the south of the region feeling warm in any sun. Sunshine really does make the difference during early Spring as cloudy days rarely feel mild enough for going out without a jacket until early - mid-May when those cloudy muggy days that are often a characteristic of Northern summers begin to become more frequent. :)

Has anyone been to the Harpers Ferry West Virginia area? I was thinking about taking the Family white water rafting there. We’ve been rafting in New Hampshire and North Carolina and loved it! Just want to hit up a spot that we’ve never been. I hear you get to raft through three states! Can anyone give some outlook? Thanks!

Opening our pool so we can enjoy the warmer weather and sun, seeing our friends outside, and me getting a covid vaccine. DH has been fully vaccinated since mid January..its weird to live with someone who now can be with other vaccinated people normal and maskless, like in the before times, and yet I am not vaccinated.

I want to dedicate time to my hobby. My hobby is horseback riding. I always wanted it since childhood. But it was expensive and difficult for my parents. So I started doing it when I was 22. The disadvantages are the same, it's expensive and I have to drive far out of town, but it's worth it. Horses are amazing creatures, they are powerful and noble. I adore them. That's why I try to ride horses every week. I already have a favorite horse, his name is Lightning, he is 8 years old and he is brown.
