Heya, i've got like one month@2h/day to prepare for the GMAT if i want to apply somewhere where they ask for the GMAT.
i have a very good quant background(french eng.) but english is not my native language. is a 600-650 possible ?
i've nearly finished the quant book of the manhathan and i've been able to do everything in them without reading the material. but that's it at this point.
what are your opinions ? i'd rather not waste the money and time if it's just unreasonable.

This is hard to answer because it always depends on the respective student but I am sure that all students can improve their verbal score if they are aware of the most common traps and know the most effective concepts and "tricks".

Your question is a bit difficult to answer without knowing more information. Did you take a practice exam to determine where you stand now? In addition to working through practice questions, try and take practice exams so you are comfortable with the test's format and time constraints. You'll get a better idea of your weaknesses as well.
You mentioned that verbal is a weakness, spend some time on that. Determine which set of problems trouble you most, and analyze ways you can approach questions that you got wrong differently.
Since your test is in one month, consider taking a course to help accelerate your progress.
