Perhaps believe less in Myers-Briggs (which is BS of the highest order IMHO), and a little more in the things you find interesting. You seem interested in Finance, but your writing hints that banks aren't the place for you. Your background might help you break something like VC if you work hard at trying to find a place.
Failing that, Sales. You certainly don't have any issue with selling yourself hard, for sure.

Your tech background and interest in finance should line you up pretty well for a VC job.
Also market making prop firms might be good for you too. Figuring out complex high frequency models to trade in the market. Of course that's a skill that's easily transferrable over to hedge funds as well.
You would probably also be pretty good in Sales. It involves your social skills along with some finance.
All 3 of these careers allow you to "eat what you kill" and earn your compensation.
