It is impossible to tell
However, I can tell you a few things:
1. Since your friend just clicked through and randomly guessed the questions to get a very low verbal score, oh the questions were likely very easy difficulty.
2. Given enough time, anyone can get all the questions right on the test. The challenge of the test is that the time is limited and you’re under pressure.
3. You did not take an adaptive test because the test has already been taken.
To summarize, I would say you you probably shouldn’t have done that because you’ve used up questions from GMAT prep which are pretty valuable. The good news is that they were all easy. However if you end up taking GMAT prep in the future and run into one of these, you must spend the time and not MoveOn as though you haven’t sold this question before. Even if you know the answer you still should wait 60 or 90 or 120 seconds before you can move onto the next question because otherwise your results will be skewed... dont do this again
