Nice one.
Here let x=0.d64
we need to get d
using the principle of digit constraints => d can take values out of only 10 different available values => {0,1,2,3...9}
Statement 1
Here d can be 0,1,2,3,4
hence not sufficient
Statement 2
Here d can be => 1 or 2
hence not sufficient
Combining the two statements
w can say that d can be 1 or 2
clearly we still don't have a unique value of d
