Usually, before an exam i do next things:

0. Studying until 2 days are left before an exam.
1. Going to sleep early to have a good night and good morning.
2. Starting a day with a really good music.
3. Cooking a tasty breakfast with coffee.
4. Working out in the gym.
5. Trying to check myself if i'm ready.

That's pretty much all. Going deeper into details, sleep, obviously helps both mentally and physically. Good music helps to set up the right vibe. Breakfast is just because i feel happy after eating something tasty. Gym helps me to reduce anxiety (idk why, really). Obviously, self-check helps to reduce anxiety as well; and in case if i can't remember some material - i have some time to repeat it.

I understand that the day before the exam you need to rest, but I am so worried that I begin to repeat everything that I taught before. sometimes I ask friends for help to repeat everything together.
