water? what if you have to go to the bathroom before you need to take the test?

sorry, I meant what if you need to use the bathroom during the test. I think I tend to have a hyperactive bladder during testing situations, so typically I won't drink anything right before my exam

My plan for the test is: have a relaxing night beforehand (watch a movie, some light quant and verbal practice) Last time I sat the test i had trouble with mental fatigue, 8 hours in my brain had turned to mush and I was unable to focus. I have been taking oxiracetam https://nootropicboost.com for the last few weeks while studying (don't know if it has been working or not) and have got hold of some modafinil (not yet tried it). I'm looking for a stack that will help me be at peak performance on the day.

Usually, before an exam i do next things:

0. Studying until 2 days are left before an exam.
1. Going to sleep early to have a good night and good morning.
2. Starting a day with a really good music.
3. Cooking a tasty breakfast with coffee.
4. Working out in the gym.
5. Trying to check myself if i'm ready.

That's pretty much all. Going deeper into details, sleep, obviously helps both mentally and physically. Good music helps to set up the right vibe. Breakfast is just because i feel happy after eating something tasty. Gym helps me to reduce anxiety (idk why, really). Obviously, self-check helps to reduce anxiety as well; and in case if i can't remember some material - i have some time to repeat it.
