Very unique profile and you should be competitive for all of those programs. HBS and Stanford are a toss up for anyone, but they are definitely worth a shot with your unique background and goals.
Make sure that you spend some time researching the programs, and mention specific courses and initiatives at the schools that you plan to be involved with. Additionally, make sure that you clearly state how the program will assist you with your short-term and long-term goals.
Lastly, you may consider having a short-term goal before starting your own company. Very few students start their own businesses directly after their MBA, and you may come off as unrealistic in your essays.
Best of luck.
PS - Have you considered London Business School or INSEAD? They would be closer to home and they may also provide a wider reaching global alumni network than schools like MIT or Columbia.
