People..
my percentiles on the Score report have changed in the last 2 years, since I took the GMAT.
Which numbers should I report on the application form?
Also, I have a great score in TOEFL, should I mention it? Though it expired last year?

I would report the percentiles that appear on your official score report that you received after taking the test. Moreover, if I remember the trends in scoring, doing such would only be beneficial to you...

You should be able to see your score report online, I would use whatever numbers it has listed on that since that is what schools will see.

Use the official scores mailed to you. The percentiles constantly change. And since most likely the ones you took originally are higher anyways. Some schools are self reported or scanned and therefore the only time this will come up is varification. Also I think it's unfair to you that
they have made the percentiles change against you since when you take it it was harder to get that score
