I think it depends how blatant it is. If you put down A's for a bunch of classes you got C's in and inflated your GPA by 0.5 then they might revoke their offer. If you got a B- and put a B for one class or the name of the course wasn't 100% accurate I dont think they will take back admissions.

The number of Credits in a course was 2 and i have depicted it as 3, but the grade I recieved in that course was below my average GPA. So, actually this mistake is showing my GPA for that particular year lower than it actually was. Also, I by mistake interchanged the GPA for the first and second year. How will this one affect?

It's good that you're being upfront with your mistake. I wouldn't worry too much about it so long as you've brought it to their attention.

I got a reply from the ADCOM and am relieved now. It sys it will have no effect on the admissions decision.
