15%x = 12
25%x = 12/15%*35% = 12 * 7/3 = 4*7 = 28

Here 12 = \(\frac{15}{100}\)*x
x = \(\frac{12}{15}\)*100
Now, we have to find 35% of x
hence \(\frac{35}{100}\)*x = \(\frac{35}{100}\)*\(\frac{12}{15}\)*100
35% of x = 28
Answer (C).
