Hi,
Can anybody throw some light on what is expected in the essay of Reliance Stanford fellowship? Since the essay topic "How do you aspire to shape India’s future?" is very broad and open-ended, I am having a hard time writing the essay. I mean there are tonnes of issues that our country is facing, does whatever we write have to be something in which we have already worked upon in some way? I'd appreciate any suggestion in this regard.
P.S. I have searched for related old posts, but didn't find any where my question is addressed. If there are any other related post where my question is addressed, please feel free to post them here.

- Yes, this has to be something that you are connected with in some way, or could be connected with in the future (let's say, you are in IB now, but you could move to private equity later and then impact investment later).
- While there are many issues you may be able to identify, focus on ones that you can practically impact. You don't have to change the entire country and its future, but show impact in your own meaningful and realistic way.
