(1) Jill is now 10 years older than her sister Sarah.
(2) Sarah is now twice as old as she was 10 years ago.

Let Jill's current age = J
and Sarah's current age = S

(1) Jill is now 10 years older than her sister Sarah.
J = S+ 10
Not sufficient

(2) Sarah is now twice as old as she was 10 years ago
S= 2(S-10)
=> S = 2S - 20
=>S = 20
Not sufficient

Combining 1 and 2 , we get
J= 30
Sufficient
Answer C
