Solution:
On solving we see that \(\frac{4}{11} = 0.363636...\)
So it is a non-terminating decimal.
We see that after the decimal, every odd term is \(3\) and every even term is \(6\).
So the \(23^{rd}\) (odd) term after decimal will be \(3\).
Hence the right answer is Option A.
