Perimeter of the sector 2r+pi*r/2
1)2r+pi*r/2=4+pi
r=2

Area=$$\pi r^2$$
S1 = Sector perimeter = 4+$$\pi$$ = 2r+$$\frac{2\pi r}{4}$$
We can find r and hence the area. Sufficient.

S2 - No values given.
Insufficient.
