Circumference of a circle = \(2πr\)

So, circumference of a circle with radius π = \(2π^2\) ; answer will be (E)

When a variable is also in the formula needed for the answer, I sometimes break the formula down to avoid arithmetic error.

\(r = π\)
Circumference = \(2πr =(2)(π)(r)\)

Circumference = \((2)(π)(π)=2(π^2)\)

Answer E

If the radius is π, then the circumference of the circle is 2 x π x π = 2π^2.

Answer: E
