What is the digit at the unit's place in the total integer value of 11^21 - 17^77 ?

A. 0
B. 2
C. 4
D. 6
E. 7

hello, Bunuel KarishmaB can you please explain why 10 is added here? what is the logic or concept behind it?
The units digit of 11^21 is 1, and the units digit of 17^77 is 7. Since the first number (11^21), is smaller than the second one (17^77), we get:

\(\{ smaller \ number \ with \ the \ units \ digit \ of \ 1 \} - \{ larger \ number \ with \ the \ units \ digit \ of \ 7\} = 6\). For example, \(11-17=-6\)
