Or, 8x+25>0
Or, x>-3.125

So, the greatest integer that doesn't satisfy the given in equality is -4.

Trying the option A gives -39 < -46.

Which is not true.

A is the answer.

3(x-9) < 5x -2(1-3x)
3x-27 < 11x - 2
-25 < 8x
Putting the values of x given:
-25 < 8(-4)
Which is incorrect

A is the correct answer

No, the question is correct as it is.

3(x – 9) < 5x – 2(1 – 3x) is true for x > -3.125.

The integers that do not satisfy 3(x – 9) < 5x – 2(1 – 3x) are: -4, -5, -6, -7, ... So, the greatest integer that does NOT satisfy 3(x – 9) < 5x – 2(1 – 3x) is -4.
