Putting the values of x given:
-25 < 8(-4)
Which is incorrect

No, the question is correct as it is.

3(x – 9) < 5x – 2(1 – 3x) is true for x > -3.125.

The integers that do not satisfy 3(x – 9) < 5x – 2(1 – 3x) are: -4, -5, -6, -7, ... So, the greatest integer that does NOT satisfy 3(x – 9) < 5x – 2(1 – 3x) is -4.
