My answer is A
(1) 10z = 93,120 ==> z = 9,312 ==> hundreds digit = 3
(2) z rounded to the nearest hundred = 9,300 ==> so the number could be 9,270 or 9,301 ==> hundreds digit could be either 2 or 3

It don't think 9301 rounded to the nearest hundrends will give you 9200. I think it will give you 9400.
I don't know the OA if this question, I will go with D and not A
