What is the hundredths digit in the decimal expression of r/55?

(1) r is the least common denominator of 1/7 and positive integer x.
(2) r is prime.

Can you explain how The LCD of 1/7 and x/1 is the same as the least common multiple of 7 and 1 i.e. is 7?
Since x is an integer, its denominator is 1. Thus, we are essentially told that r is the least common multiple of 7 and 1, which further implies that r is 7.
