Question stem:- What is the measure of x?

St1:- OP is parallel to RQ.
We need at least a measure of degrees of the angles of the two triangles.
Insufficient.

St2:- z + x = 120.
So, y=60, we need measure of angle z to determine x.
Insufficient.

Combined, still no new information.
Insufficient.
