What is the median of 5 integers?
1) 3 numbers of them are the same value 3.
2) The biggest number of them is 10 and the smallest number is 3
I do not know whether this question has been posted even though I did do the quick search.
I want to ask that st1 really means that only 3 numbers have the same value, not 4, or 5?

Irrespective of what the other two numbers are, ST1 would be sufficent.
But to answer your question i think the other two numbers ie., the 4th and 5th number can also have the value 3.

Given : We have 5 integers.
Question : Find the median?
We know that for five integers the 3rd term will be the median when arranged in order.
St 1: If 3 out of 5 numbers are digit 3, we know that median is 3.
3,3,3,x,y or x,y,3,3,3 or x,3,3,3,y etc.
We can see median will always be 3. Sufficient
St 2: we only know the smallest and the largest term. Insufficient
