Hi Verbal Experts,
Could you please suggest What is the minimum no. of RC passages one should practice in a timed and non-timed mode?

I know it might sound odd that it's a very generic question and depends on individuals and their level of preparation, that said, it'd be really helpful if you please let me know your recommendation on the same...My target is 760 or so...

Good RC practice involves solving 3-4 passages everyday 5 days in a week in timed environment and then thorough review.

Thank you so much Karishma...Much appreciate your reply.

Would you please let me know that whether you recommend this considering both short and long passages...? And how long (re how many weeks you'd suggest) this practice should be carried out (in general obviously) to reach that target score?

Look forward to hear from you.

Yes, including both. In fact, nowadays, the GMAT RC is biased toward short, dense passages. So focus on those.
Generally speaking, 8-10 weeks of thorough practice (and analysis) with RCs from different topic areas usually leads to improvement. What score you reach depends on the score you started with, your aptitude, your involvement in the whole process etc. Though improvement in RC is slower than improvement in other question types.

Disclaimer: Results of any strategy vary immensely from person to person!

Ha ha I like your Disclaimer - very true indeed!

Thank you so much for this...BTW, I'm doing RC basically from Veritas guide, so can you please clarify whether Veritas quiz bank has any overlaps with its books' questions (be it RC or else)..?
