(1) The diameter of the bicycle wheel, including the tire, was 0.8 meter.
This statement gives the diameter of the wheel. Using the Diameter we can calculate the circumference of the wheel then calculate the number of rotations = 150/0.8Pi

This statement is sufficient.

(2) The wheel makes 6 rotations every 2 meters.
This statement gives the number of rotations completed by the wheel for every 2 meter. Hence this statement is sufficient.

Answer is D

For those having difficulty with statement 1 realize that the circumference of the wheel is the total distance covered in one full rotation.

One way to think about it is to imagine a point at the bottom of a wheel (circle), then slowly unravel, via drawing mini diagrams, the curved line starting to the left of the point counter-clockwise until you have a straight line.
