(A) - Area of Equilateral Triangle is √3/4 * (side)^2. Using this we can calculate side of triangle as 6. All sides of equilateral triangle are equal so parameter is 3*6 = 18. Hence Sufficient

(B) - Side of triangle is given. Sufficient - Same as A.

Hence both the options are sufficient. Correct Answer is D.
