The base of the right triangle will be 13 so the perimeter for the triangle will be 5+12+13=30.

Now for the rectangle, we have a 17*13 rectangle, so sum is 17+17+13+13=60.

However, we have considered the side with measure 13 two times so finally it becomes 60+30-13= 77

IMO B 64

perimeter = 5+12+17+17+13


13 we get by applying pythagoras theoram in the given triangle

We see that the right triangle is a 5-12-13 right triangle, so the perimeter of the entire figure is:

17 + 5 + 12 + 17 + 13 = 64

Answer: B
