Hi,
Sorry this might sound like a stupid question, but I am registering for gmat exam and it is asking for my undergraduate details. Is there any particular reason why I should be submitting that? Is it for any future references? or will it show up on my report? Will there be any bad effect if I choose not to add it?

GMAC wants your info so they can profile and sell it. 
That’s pretty much it. It is also reported to the Bschool son the gmat report but I don’t think they look at it.

I figured it was something like this, I really don't want to add it. Can it have any negative effect if I don't add it when I start applying to colleges? I mean I will be sending my UG details as part of application anyways, so I don't get why I should add it here.
