As we are rolling one dice => Number of cases =  6^1  = 6

P(Getting a 4 or a 5) = P(4) + P(5) =  \frac{1}{6}  +  \frac{1}{6}  =  \frac{2}{6}  =  \frac{1}{3}

So,  Answer will be B
